Description
When I had the idea to draw Jessie with her hair down, I wanted her to be a "Frizz Head". I imagined her with poofy hair ala eighties Joan Cusack. Unfortuantly, drawing poofy hair isn't my strength, as I soon found out. I still like how it turned out.
